The WayRay team is multinational, we have employees in Switzerland, Russia, and China.

We are looking for an Atlassian specialist to be a key member of the business applications development and support team. Your primary goal will be to implement and continuously develop business process automation with Atlassian products and their integrations with other WayRay internal services.

Tasks

  • Administration of Jira, Jira Service Desk, Confluence administration (configuration of projects, workflows, permissions, plugins, etc.)
  • Development of automation scripts using Groovy
  • Implementation and development of Jira SD portals for back-office process
  • Development of Jira integrations with other systems
  • Jira & Confluence internal user training and support
  • Coaching IT Helpdesk team to perform basic administrative tasks with Atlassian products
  • Maintaining a knowledge base of common user requests and administrative tasks in Jira & Confluence

Expected Results (3 months):

  • Implementation of SD projects and automation (Payments, Expense reports, Business trip processes, etc.)
  • Review and optimization of current Projects' configurations (Permission Schemes, Issue Security, etc.)
  • Help with the configuration of Project Management tools in Jira & Confluence

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in administering Server/Data Center editions of Jira, Jira Service Desk, Confluence
  • Experience in Groovy scripts (Scriptrunner, JMWE)
  • Experience in creating integrations between Jira and other systems, Jira REST API
  • Experience with project management tools, PM plugins in Jira (BigPicture, Advanced Roadmaps, Structure, Jira Align), and integration with Microsoft Project

Bonus skills:

  • Experience in Jira/Confluence plugins development
  • Knowledge of other programming languages and experience in creating standalone connector for custom integrations
  • Understanding of agile methodologies and differences between them
  • Certifications: ACP-100 and ACP-600
